DO NOT MOVE HERE until the brickwork is finished!!! We have been here 9 months, and it's been virtually non stop drilling outside our windows. The worst part is that Glenwood Properties is non responsive to any complaints or issues. We get a form email every week that is a cut and paste job from the previous week, saying there will be noise and to close our windows. PS, closing your windows does not help. All we want is information!!!! How much longer? Is there an estimate? I feel bad for the building staff because they are ... read more

I had the pleasure of living here for two years and we loved it. The staff is amazing and we honestly had zero issues. We would move back into this building in a heartbeat

This building and the staff working here is nothing short of spectacular! The first thing you see when you enter the building is a big fountain and a big lobby and lounge, which has the vibe of a grand hotel. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from both the Q and the 6 lines. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Central Park which provides a much needed break from the stressful city life. This is in regards to the E75th street location in Manhattan UES. Never have I experienced such disrespect and horrible customer service experience as I did with Alexandra, the rental leasing manager working at the building. While the building is nice, it is not worth the disrespect and horrible client experience most people have to put up with upon moving in.
