As a real estate investor in the Lehigh Valley I had contacted this company to construct plans for a 3-unit addition onto the back of an existing property in the area. At first it seemed as though the communication and effort was good. That all changed once a new zoning ordinance was passed that allowed me to build the 3 units (instead of 2 originally). Glenwood responded promptly. Al, the engineer assigned to our project, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and practical. He also responded promptly and allowed us to complete our project as quickly as possible. He was available via e-mail for any questions or concerns we had.
We're a contractor in Philly that often collaborates with Glenwood Engineering for large and small projects. They are fairly priced, easy to work with, and provide us with the info needed to get our jobs done safely! Highly recommend.
Great company, I flip properties and have been using them for over 4 years. They tell you how it is and have fair pricing.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Used several times and every time the inspector asked for multiple reviews which were never done in a timely manner. The attendant sue was rude and communicates poorly.
