Residents have mold, falling ceilings, flooding and refrigerators that dont work, garbage cans that over flow with maggots and flies. Most importantly you have a manger that tells tenants private information to other tenants starting a conflict between them. "ITS NOT THE TENANTS ITS MANAGEMENT"

I lived there 7 years and when I left I paid my rent and they kept my deposit and proof 7 months later they said I own them and send me to collection, when they dont fix anything in that place, water broke 2 time in that apt, carpet bad, they not willing to work with you when you want to update things in their apt due being there 7 years! It's crazy and management change 3 time when I was there no solid management! No one in office and they only there when they want it. I live in the neighborhood behind this complex and frequently walk my dog thru the parking lot. This place looks awful! The pool was green all summer. It doesn't look well maintained or managed.

That manager is a low life woman that wasted my daughters time waiting on a appartment .she never sent my daughters paper work in to the western piedmont before the voucher expired .she had my daughter waiting for over a month for the appartment she wasted my daughters voucher that she waited over 4 years to get.now my daughter and 3 grandchildren dont have anywhere to move.
