If I could give zero stars I would. This facility is a literal hell hole. Most of the staff are incompetent, rude and liars. They place people who are super hostile and violent in the same unit with people who are not. My stay was traumatic, I saw so many horrible things I wish I hadn’t and even had a patient tackled into me which made me hit my head against the wall. This place is an absolute hell hole!! I was transferred here from a hospital with no beds and was there for 6 days. The only way I got released is because my family fought day in and day out for me. There is absolutely zero communication whatsoever. While being there I was traumatized by the way the staff treated patients and was also harassed my a male patient and told staff but I was punished and sent to my room. Sometimes the staff may come off cold, indifferent, or impartial, but try keeping in mind and perspective that they are there to help, and try from a different perspective and they are just human also. I would like to take a moment of gratitude for a person there that goes by...let's say, Mrs. H. Just by playing music can help one center themselves and adjust accordingly. If i could give everyone a word that sums it up, the Hawaiian word, lōkahi. Maholo

They didnt give my daughter her meds on time, most the staff is rude and just act as a body to fill a position. No one answers the phone and when they do they don't give messages to the patients. If you dont have have to go here I wouldn't. They stopped asking for the patient code when you called the floor, my daughter's bracelet that they put on all patient's not the medical id but something that helps either keep track of them came off her told staff 2xs it came off never was put back on.
