ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE IN THESE PICTURES! They have NO idea what the hell they are doing! The pictures posted are not from this location! They put people with no violent past with people who are way past violent! They also let situations escalate, putting staff, and most importantly people who can't defend themselves in extreme harms way! Stay safe, and ADVOCATE for your loved ones, or expect to receive a phone call about your loved one being hospitalized, or sent to jail by trying to defend themselves!
Not happy with these people. I went there at around 7:00 p.m. becauseI was having severe anxiety issues I was hoping to talk to a doctor about some medication. The lady told me that they offer Outpatient Psychiatric Services Monday through Friday from 8:30 to noon. I went back the next day and come to find out it was group therapy, which I'm not interested in. I had to go to work half an hour late for nothing. Your treated like your in a prison. Never go there. You stand in line waiting to eat 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes you wait for the food in the cafeteria and the food is terrible. Only a couple of members of the staff are nice the others act like you are in a restaurant and you demanded stuff which most didn't. I never recommend going there. It made me worse.
