If I could give this place less than one star I would. Probably the worst student housing in Provo. Tiny rooms, way overpriced, and they don’t even have enough parking passes for their residents. This place makes me want to rise and shout, but not because the Cougars are out. Stay FAR away.
Update 2026: They invited everyone to the theater for a movie. I RSVP and cancelled my Tuesday plans. We showed up early. We never got in and ended wasting our evening. Update 2025: My apartment got fined $50. They wouldnt tell us why and told us they will be back next week to fine us more if we didnt clean "it". Update 2024: Just got fined $25 because I had dust by my window. They fixed it fast and came the next day after I put in the work order(it was later in the day, so it made sense for the next day). They are great!
This place is genuinely disgusting. If you are a college student looking for your next apartment DO NOT CHOOSE GLENWOOD. They charge you so much for what you're getting, the buildings and apartments are SO RUN DOWN and smell awful, and management is useless when you have any issues. My apartment has flooded multiple times and there is 100% mold growing. The baseboards of my apartment are YELLOW AND WARPED because of how many times we've been flooded. Management is horrendous, do NOT live in the touring apartment, it is not worth the cheaper rent. My roommates and I toured Glenwood before we moved in and it seemed nice so we decided to go forward and sign the lease for the touring apartment because we also got reduced rent. There were times when maintenance would come through and paint random spots with no previous notice, even though management told us that they would let us know if that was ever going to happen.
