Living at Glenwood was the most uncomfortable experience I have encountered. They scam every penny out of every resident that lives there and rent is way too overpriced. The complex has a gym but the equipment is very low quality. The pool is always closed and if it happens to be open, it's nasty. Management is very poor and are not credible. I knew Glenwood was going to pull this, so I took a full video of my apartment before leaving. Sure enough, they still charged me almost $300 — including $192 for fridge cleaning, even though my video shows the fridge spotless. I have videos of the condition of my room too before I left which was also spotless. When I first questioned the charges, they told me they had no photo or video proof. Literally the worst apartment in Provo! Trust me Glenwood is the worst of the worst. The management is full of crooks that never get back to you! They charge everyone for “damages” when moving out that literally don’t exist. I called 36 times over the course of two weeks at different times during “office hours” and they answered once. Then they say they can’t do anything about it and to send complaints to an email that doesn’t respond! You go into the office and they tell you the same thing. They suck. Literally never live here. Disgusting apartments, terrible management. Literally nothing good has ever come from living here. Save yourself the headache and move somewhere else.
I would not recommend living here. Management is very dishonest and hard to work with.
