Job was marked as done even though it was never started. All I asked was to unmount the top TV since it doesn’t work and mount the one at the bottom.
I lived here for 2 years. The day of my move in I got a text saying my apartment would not be ready because the inspection never happened. Nightmare situation if you hire movers. Luckily I moved myself but that is why I removed 2 stars. Everything is included in your rent which was nice. Cheap laundry machines downstairs worked nicely. The gym is not open if you plan to go before your workday. It opens at 6 but after daylight savings time it switches to 7. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS, EVEN THOUGH THE RENT PRICES MAY BE ATTRACTIVE. THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. THEY ARE UNWILLING TO BE FLEXIBLE AND REASONABLE. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT GOOGLE MAKES YOU GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR. GO SEE MY REVIEW OF SHAMCO MANAGEMENT WHICH IS THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF GLENWOOD APARTMENTS.
