I lived in this apartment building for 5 years and had a solid experience throughout my time there. Chelsea, the current property manager, is a pleasure to work with—she consistently went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I always felt safe in the building and never had any major issues. Daniel, the super, was incredibly attentive and made sure any maintenance requests I submitted were completed quickly and efficiently. My experience at Glenwood Apartments so far has been great! I moved in in November of 2024. The initial process of communicating and meeting with the property manager (Chelsea) and being shown the different apartments and the rest of amenities by her was smooth and informative. Chelsea is a pleasure to deal with. The application process and lease signing was easy. Moving in was also a smooth process. The building and grounds are kept clean by the maintenance team. I've been living here for over 9 months now, and the experience is awesome. The building is very well maintained, and the amenities like the gym, package locker, on site laundry are truly exceptional. Chelsea the Property Mgr., is a great person, she's always ready to help with any questions or concerns and gives her best everytime. Daniel the building super is ready to address any maintenance requests within hours. The people in the building are very cool and helpful.
I recently moved here and the first thing I notice was the professionalism of the staff. Chelsea the property manager is par excellence. I definitely will recommend 55 Glenwood Apartments to my fellow NYers.
