Very bad pest problem, also little to no maintenance, and poorly operated by management company.
Very quiet small apartment complex. The only negative thing is the apartments are very small with no separate bedroom. Otherwise it's a clean, quiet, peaceful place to live. The neighbors are very nice, and respectful.
