I lived at Glenwood from 2011-2026, we went through some changes over the years, but they finally found a great manager (Kim). She has been there for about 8-9 yrs now and it's been a great place to live. Close to everything in Jacksonville, even the beach is only 13 miles away. We left only because we have decided to travel full time in our RV, or we would still be there. You cannot find another affordable place in or around Jacksonville. Ms Kim so sweet and helpful. If need any vice or concern she will answer any questions you may have that need ask about. Ms Kim good property manager and team the best place looking good
The Glenwood team is tops. The manager has assisted me in many ways. I have lived here almost 20years. Clean apartments and good neighbors. I make this place my home.
