RecommendedMy mom was in Glenwood from February, 2018 thru June, 2019. We always felt that she was well taken care of and was showered with love and affection. She was always clean, her hair was combed, they even did her nails! We would show up at all hours of the day and night to check in on her. There was someone from our family at least 5 days a week that would visit her. We definitely felt that she was in good hands. I know there is so much care and planning put into the programs and activities to help these wonderful senior gems stay as active mentally and physically as possible! What a wonderful facility!
Wonderful memory care programming, protecting integrity of the mind and spirit to remain as normal as possible in their transitions.
My dad was there a short time and had excellent care. His care giver always had him clean and had clean clothes on him. She was very gentle with him. The day he died she cried with us. I would recommend this facility.
If you care at all about your loved ones, please choose another facility. Moving my parents out due to poor service, lack of care, HIPAA breaches, lack of security ... you name it. This has been an awful experience and one we cannot wait to put behind us. It should be shut down.
