Had hopes to find a medical centre where are doctors was willing to work with me as a patient. On two occasions I have requested one a referral and a plan to which I had to almost beg for and be told that they don’t feel it’s relevant. Outstanding Family Doctor Dr Bishara has been our family doctor for over 20 + years, and in all that time we’ve never had a single issue. He’s an exceptionally caring, dedicated professional who always goes above and beyond for his patients. It’s clear why you now need to book ahead and why he’s no longer taking new patients, that’s the mark of a truly great GP. I had an appointment at this medical centre over 2 years ago. At the time, I was incredibly sick. I had some blood tests which showed clear abnormalities with a lot of things. The doctor that I saw told me that there was nothing wrong with me and that it's my fault that I feel the way I do because of my lifestyle choices. If I could give no stars I would, Firstly the receptionist and original nurse are beautiful, understanding and professional. Having only one doctor only speaks volumes! A few years back I was going through some serious health concerns, and was fed up with not being listened to or given proper help. Absolutely rude, with the last telephone Doctor call, having them raise their voice and even hanging the phone up on me? Steer clear.
