As an Aging Life Care Specialist and one with many years of experience in our area, I find staff at Glenwell to be extremely easy to work with and are very accommodating to my clients. The staff is wonderful from administration down to the aides. Stacy J. is extremely nice to work with and so helpful to my clients and their loved ones through the entire admissions process. With both my mom and aunt living here, I can say that we are all very happy! Everyone I’ve talked to at Glenwell has been friendly and knowledgeable. The meals are delicious, the activities are fun and the rooms are clean.
This place is where you want your elderly. They are top notch! Everyone! All the way down from the administration, to nurses, to aides, to maintenance! Excellent team who really cares about your loved ones. Very clean, constant activities, great food. And again THEY CARE! Would recommend this place to everyone! Also they have an option to switch your loved ones primary physician to a mobile medical nurse practitioner who is excellent!
