I just had a great experience at your Florence, KY location. I worked directly with Nick and he was nothing but kind and courteous. I went in with a flat tire. 20 mins later my tire was patched up and back on my car, thanks to Brandon's great work. I was really surprised when Nick told me I didn't own anything for the repair. Cudos to you all for such great customer service. I will definitely be back and will share my experience with my friends and family.
I'm a single mom...and I don' t speak car. A friend told me that *the only place* to take my car where I'll be taken care of and not taken advantage of is Glenway Auto. My 2003 CRV has been in twice now, and both times they've been friendly, honest and helpful.
I have been a customer since 2007. I do not take my vehicles any where else but Glenway Auto Center. Mike(Service Department) and the entire a staff is always very helpful and friendly. They provide a 5 star service every time.
I have been to Glenway Auto Center several times at the Florence, KY location. They always get me in and out quickly. I have no problem sending friends and family to see Nick or Mark. I feel like I get great service at a fair price, hard to find these days!!!
Glenway Auto Center is always there to help they didn't hesitate when it was close to closing time when I called in a panic because the battery in my Malibu died. As soon as I got there they replaced my battery and got me back on my way without missing a beat. Thank You Glenway Auto Center!!
Told them we just want cold ac. $1100 later still blows hot air, just like the manager. Bottom line paid $1100 for them to mount a new compressor. Now at jims auto clinic and they are doing inspection.
Thanks for the great job you did on my truck, this is the second time I've brought it here and don't trust anyone else to work on it.
