About 3 weeks ago we had to put my dog Bear down after having him for 10 years. Everybody there was so genuine and understanding. They really made an awful time in our lives better by being so comforting. Around 3 days later we received a card in the mail that everybody signed along with a plaster disk with Bear's paw print that they made for us. That was just a little extra touch that they didn't have to do. We have now switched to Glenway Animal Hospital as our primary veterinarian(:
