I’ve been living at Glenview House for over three years, and since Vanessa, the manager, and Christina, the leasing consultant, have joined the team, my experience has been even better. They have both been incredibly helpful and friendly from the start. They always respond in a timely manner, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and make everything feel smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude they are a great addition to the Glenview House team

It's really hard to believe how good the team at Glenview is. Steven, Nancy, and Skylar in the front office provide exemplary service and there is always someone there to answer the phone when you need them. Thurston is awesome and completes service requests rapidly with a great attitude. It's not often you get a landlord/leasing team you actually enjoy seeing and hearing from. Management is more concerned with throwing little earth day parties than addressing the obvious and recurring issues around the facility. Without listing them all, here are the most annoying: 1. There are maybe 6 guest spots in the whole facility. They are filled with residents 90% of the time. Multiple complaints have been made. Managements answer? They put a guest logbook in the lobby and asked people to sign their guests in. Do they check it? No. Do they check the guest spots to see if residents are parked there? No. Do t... read more

A shout out to Sean, one of our two maintenance guys. On Martin Luther King Day, which was supposed to be a day off for him, we could hear Sean shoveling the sidewalk in the courtyard at 6am. Later in the day, I ran into him around 7pm on the fifth floor after dealing with an emergency in one of the apartments. A dedicated and responsible employee!
