I want to live here
Pro: The pricing of the units and their quality are fantastic. Con: When an issue occurs, the team who works here will either not help you, or attempt to guilt you via "well you know we have short staff" albeit being a luxury apartment complex. I have lived here for many years and historically this is a fantasic community but in its current state I cannot confidently strongly recommend living here. This apartment complex is a farade. Management 0/10 Stephen moved a new born baby into an apartment that 3 floods in one year. She developed respiratory problems. If you have a baby be careful please this is why I’m posting this. Also this new manager is very unprofessional. She claimed many things she was going to do, failed to be a customer service professional manager. She put her feet on my counters knowing the problem just nasty behavior. Should be investigated asap.
Management is more concerned with throwing little earth day parties than addressing the obvious and recurring issues around the facility. Without listing them all, here are the most annoying: 1. There are maybe 6 guest spots in the whole facility. They are filled with residents 90% of the time. Multiple complaints have been made. Managements answer? They put a guest logbook in the lobby and asked people to sign their guests in. Do they check it? No. Do they check the guest spots to see if residents are parked there? No. Do t... read more
