I’ve been waiting for an order since July 2019. I recently received window latches, and even though I specified which were right and left latches, they sent me all left latches and don’t return any messages to correct this issue. Huge thumbs down for this company!
So I needed a screen fixed and asked for a quote for a new window. It took them 3 days to get back to me and when the guy did finally come out, he did NOT fix the screen (told me I didn't need it fixed because the new window would come with a screen) and said he would have a quote to me by Friday. I emailed the office and told them what had happened and that I needed the screen fixed, and no response. This was 2 days ago. I have serious doubts that this company can install a window, when they can't follow simple instructions... read more
Installed a shower enclosed and it looked great! Fixed all my screens and did it in one day!
