They fixed up my brakes very good
We had the pleasure of meeting Allen, the owner of the bike shop. He was very caring and very helpful. An amazing person who actually taught us more about our bike than we knew. Highly recommend this store for their knowledge, patience, and kindness.

nothing to do with a "motorcycle looking e-bike". I do not own an E-bike. But that type of response is just part of the reason for my 1 star review.
I brought my bike in at the last minute and explained to Alan that I needed to use it for a ride the following day, but was concerned about the brake cables. Right on the spot, and without hesitation, he inspected the bike for me, fixed the cables so that they were correctly aligned, and also rebalanced the front tire. I am so grateful! I never thought I would walk out of there with my bike the same day I brought it in, let alone with a bike that is now safe to ride and in great working order! Thank you so much, Alan!
