Today I drove to Glenview Car wash, apparently I drove down the wrong side. A women was putting out cones & told me I had to back up and go on the correct side. Backing up was difficult but I did what was requested. When I went to pay for the $20.00 car wash the same women was there. I asked her why she couldn't move the cones to let me in, being that it was the first time there. She interrupted me & wouldn't let me finish and became very argumentative. body damage – I wanted to notify the glenview public about my experience at "Glenview Car Wash at 1820 Waukegan Road." On october 4th, 2009, I brought my car in for a wash. During the process of the car wash, my radio antennae was torn off the car (a 2006 model), which caused deep scratches on the passenger door of my vehicle. If you prefer scratches, body damage, and poor customer service over a little dirt on you car than this place is for you. After having my antena torn from my car and scratching the passenger side of my car the owner operator of the car wash denied responsibility and stated that according to the posted signs the antena was to be removed and that workers would have removed it...
