Nice older hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. No problems with noise. Loved the breakfast there as well. ❤
Each room comes with its own free cockroach. Barf bags not included. Available from front desk.
Not a bad hotel, needs some updating yet a good value for the price! Will come back when heading to Gatlinburg.
Spend more $ and stay somewhere else. Pool area cute but not clean. Mildew or dark buildup around pool. Unclean. Smells like dog urine in the pool area. Outlets don't all work. No fan in btrm.
Wifi sucks, rooms smell and have nasty carpet. Walls are paper thin. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Rooms are clean and staff its very friendly. However, it's near the convention center so we had a hotel full of teens Sat-Sun and about 6 am Mon were woken up by construction in a nearby parking lot!
It is a decent hotel. Service is great. Love being close to main strip without being right on it.
