Terrible management and customer service was very rude over charged me gratuity

the food was great; I was angry that it took several minutes after entering to be told where we could sit and then listened to 4-5 wait staff discussing who was responsible for the table. the waitress we ended up with was friendly though
Besides their great food, especially pizza, their server, Michelle, was the best!! She couldn't have been any kinder, helpful, courteous and just great er than she was!! Had a great meal with good friends and a great server; thanks, Michelle!!♥️
