Poor Management: The heating system has received inadequate "fixes" that often break down or become problematic again, disrupting multiple tenants in the building. The constant grinding noise coming from the radiator makes it difficult to sleep, especially for senior residents who call daily to have their needs addressed. I would not live here if you value being treated as a priority.
2025 update: 1. Someone pulled a gun and fought hard enough to get the police involved, no one got evicted. This building is unsafe and the staff does not care nor do they do anything about it. 2. Still a constant stench of marijuana and smoke, despite it being "not allowed" in the lease. 3. New manager, same problems. Original review: Good luck getting management to do anything at all. It doesn't matter who they put in that office, they're all pathetically incompetent. They've screwed over every single person I've ever known who has lived there without fail, and it's always a fake apology from the staff and ZERO change or resolution. These apartments are intolerable, they've cycled three new "managers" in that apartment in the last year, and every single one is equally incompetent. Good luck getting management to do anything at all. Problems will usually be worse off or half fixed if you do manage to get anything done, and have fun getting brushed off. A lot. I cannot recommend anyone to live here in good faith, all residents here have had a recurring boiler problem we've been calling about for months and management will continuously say they are investigating. I stopped in the office to tour but unfortunately, I didn't have my ID, so I couldn't tour. However, Shannon was very pleasant and nice about it. At my time in the office I was able to meet the the maintenance supervisor Zaahir. They both were very welcoming and assuring that I'll be in good hands if I decided to move here.
