Shannon Francesa and Zaahir are the best team that you have had in a long time they are attentive to the tenants needs and problems, they are taken care of within a timely manner, also they always show courtesy and professionalism. I hope they all remain, thank you
Worst management ever, you have to pester them to get anything done at all.
Good luck getting management to do anything at all. Problems will usually be worse off or half fixed if you do manage to get anything done, and have fun getting brushed off. A lot. I cannot recommend anyone to live here in good faith, all residents here have had a recurring boiler problem we've been calling about for months and management will continuously they are investigating. Investigations don't take months. But this is only a small part to the mountain of problems we've encountered here, live here if you like neglect.
My second review on Ms Francesca the leasing consultant with the Glenside Apartments. She was so kind to finesse her schedule and take me on a last minute tour to Glenside. Torn between the two places. Thank you Ms Francesca for making time for me to see what options I have. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends. Ms Francesca did a phenomenal job taking me on these multiple tours.
Francesca was very professional and really helpful she is an asset to the company.
