I’ve noticed ongoing issues at a Newton property managed by Glenshane—cars blocking sidewalks and trash bins left open for days, inviting rats. Past tenant reviews mention mold and poor responsiveness, and it seems that same lack of oversight is affecting how the property is maintained today. I hope conditions improve soon.
I've been living at a Glenshane property for 3 months and it has been great!! The Property Manager, Artem, is very communicative and the Maintenance Manager, Gilberto (Juju), takes care of work orders very quickly and respectfully. Definitely recommend renting at a Glenshane property!!
Amazing management and property, in my 7 years of renting this is the first complex I have happily resigned. Some of those reasons? 1. The apartment is huge and gorgeous. We have tons of friends in Boston and everyone says we got a great find. 2. The rent is extremely fair, I pay less for this great apartment than I have for others in the same neighborhood that were not nearly as nice. 3. Artem is very helpful and is great with responding to emails - patiently replies to all our questions.
Artem is always incredibly helpful and responsive, which is so appreciated. Maintenance is also very responsive and we have never had any issues waiting for repairs. Overall, very happy with our experience so far!
