I have been renting with them for over four years now, and overall I've had a really good experience. Things were a little rocky at first given the original contractor left, but ever since the current team took over from the previous staff, everything has improved a lot. Glenshane is terrific. I've lived in one of their Brighton units for three years, and they always quickly respond to my maintenance requests and concerns.
Glenshane has been great! This is our second year in our apartment and they’ve been so attentive and responsive to anything we need. Specifically I just want to shout out the team for their help during the snowstorm! They shoveled us out and it was a HUGE help.
I’ve noticed ongoing issues at a Newton property managed by Glenshane—cars blocking sidewalks and trash bins left open for days, inviting rats. Past tenant reviews mention mold and poor responsiveness, and it seems that same lack of oversight is affecting how the property is maintained today. I hope conditions improve soon.
I've been living at a Glenshane property for 3 months and it has been great!! The Property Manager, Artem, is very communicative and the Maintenance Manager, Gilberto (Juju), takes care of work orders very quickly and respectfully. Definitely recommend renting at a Glenshane property!!
