I highly recommend to come here! Good and affordable prices on everything. They have the best prices in town and im glad i came here. Took my car in for 4 new tires and gave me a free alignment and an oil change for $19.95! Best deal ever, thanks glens tires

Very poor business managment. Liars and cheats. Yanked me around for quite some time on money they owed me and then rather than trying to make up for it by at least giving me what they owed they still under cut. Not 1 person took accountability and tired to fix it instead they blamed others that no longer work there and referred me to people that no longer exist at the company. I took my car to Glen's in West Valley for the first time today. I was completely impressed with their service and their technicians. They were so nice and helpful and were able to put two used tires on my car for about half of what Discount Tire quoted me! I wish I would have known about this place sooner!!! They're the best!!!

I needed 2 used tires for my SUV. It was a Sunday afternoon and they were busy. The manager, Travis, treated me well and made sure I was taken care of. He kept apologizing for my wait, but I did not mind. I was impressed with the service and I will always buy my tires from there from now on. To heck with Walmart/Costco.

I will never go anywhere else. They are awesome the had me taken care of in no time at all. Cheapest deals I could find for rims and tires in town and they are all so nice and willing to help.

I was referred to glens by another tire shop when I damaged my wheel on a pothole. After two visits my car still runs like crap. The first time they replaced the tire and did the alignment. I took it back several days later with same rear end swaying that I started with. I asked that they look to see if there was a bent rim or axle. They didn't call me back. when I called them the mechanic who worked on it was not there. They balanced the front tires and sent me on my way. I took my truck tires in to have these guys swap out the old ones. The guy that was taking off the wheel center cap ruined and cracked three out of four of them while using a tiny allen wrench. I had to show him to use a pipe for more leverage and they came right off but it was too late he had cracked 3 of 4 of them. When he got them off he said one of the lugs was stripped out from the person that put the tires on previous..FUNNY they were the ones that put my previous tires on...Now for an $80 tire mount I am out at least ... read more

I had an awesome experience, they were so helpful and they even beat all of the other prices I had been quoted from other tire companies. Was nice to have people that actually listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me stuff I did not need.

I am sitting at my computer laughing AT Jessica A. for posting such a comment. The only thing that was accomplished by posting such a comment is the you are another one of the millions of idiots out the who dont read the contact before they sign on the dotted line!! Its too bad that the price for stupidity can soo high!!! I hope you learned something from your very expensive mistake.
