I don’t leave reviews often but this is a wonderful place to live! Property manager is great and responds to all requests super quickly. Maintenance is friendly and efficient. You pay a fair price for all of the space you get with a larger unit. Property is generally pretty quiet. They also keep landscaping very nice, included a picture from this summer.
We have lived here for going on 3 years and since we've moved in things have been getting obnoxiously stricter. It seems like every month there's a new complaint and new rule. Let me paste parts of it here: 1. Bird feeders of any kind are no longer aloud. Because of mice. (Yes that is a problem but as it is with any building near a wildlife area. Look up no kill remedies. Going on 2 yrs here, it's an amazing property! The on-site management is great 👍 The maintenance team is on spot! Polite and professional.
We lived there for a year, the moment we moved in, we noticed a strong cat urine smell coming from the carpet in one of the bedrooms. I reported that immediately, they never cleaned it and I ended up receiving advise on how to clean it myself. The carpet was teared and they fixed it after 10 months. On Winter, I was 48 hrs without furnace and I also had water leaking from the upper unit into my apartment two times. I stayed here with some friends and was considering renting an apartment because I thought from my experience with the interior and exterior that it was a great place. Very well taken care off. However I noticed a bunch of dogs outside being walked and hanging out on balconies. It clearly states on bell property management website that dogs are not allowed. So beware if you rent, this is false advertising. Clearly they make exceptions and are not forthcoming.
