The Glens is a very nice place to live. My wife and I fell in love with our apartment when we first saw it. The property manager is very prompt in responding to requests. She is very professional and take her position very serious. The facility is well kept. It is a very quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. We love that we chose to live at The Glens.
I don’t leave reviews often but this is a wonderful place to live! Property manager is great and responds to all requests super quickly. Maintenance is friendly and efficient. You pay a fair price for all of the space you get with a larger unit. Property is generally pretty quiet. They also keep landscaping very nice, included a picture from this summer.
We have lived here for going on 3 years and since we've moved in things have been getting obnoxiously stricter. It seems like every month there's a new complaint and new rule. Let me paste parts of it here: 1. Bird feeders of any kind are no longer aloud. Because of mice. (Yes that is a problem but as it is with any building near a wildlife area. Look up no kill remedies. Going on 2 yrs here, it's an amazing property! The on-site management is great 👍 The maintenance team is on spot! Polite and professional.
We lived there for a year, the moment we moved in, we noticed a strong cat urine smell coming from the carpet in one of the bedrooms. I reported that immediately, they never cleaned it and I ended up receiving advise on how to clean it myself. The carpet was teared and they fixed it after 10 months. On Winter, I was 48 hrs without furnace and I also had water leaking from the upper unit into my apartment two times.
