Completely useless establishment. The folks at the welcome booth are anything but welcoming. You call and they just transfer you to a voicemail. If you show up in person, it is as if youre bothering them. The nurses literally tell you to just go to the local urgent care due to a lack of capabilities in their facility. What is the point of paying for this place with tax money if they just send you away to an urgent care? You might as well just drive to the VA hospital in Albany. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
My PCP introduced herself and was very thorough on our first meeting.
Called 3 times to make an appointment and the woman that answered the phone 2 out of the 3 times has an attitude problem. Told me with a stern voice she doesnt know what I expect her to do and pretty much hung up on me by transferring me to voice mail. Her attitude is seriously not acceptable. I didnt get her name but will be in follow up mode to get her an attitude adjustment. Very rude! The service is very poor! I have respect for the personnel working to assist all of us veterans but will not tolerate one being rude to me... read more
