They are horrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. Wait is to long to see a Doctor, with an appointment. Never more than five people in waiting room. Really ? They have no clue what they are doing. When You order a prescription, You may wait days, or get ignored. They are a Dumpster Fire. Not organized.
I just moved to the area last year, and was really sad to have left my PCP, because he was the best. However, I have now seen Dr. Kotelawala 3 times and can honestly say she is amazing. She listens with empathy, and helps when she can. We make a plan together for my health, and she makes sure I understand everything before she leaves the room. Excellent care!
