Glen is hands down the best mechanic I've ever had the good fortune of working with. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, even offering a tow in case AAA didn't come through. During my fuel pump replacement, Glen caught a defect in the new part and kept my car overnight to ensure it was replaced with a 100% working unit before returning it to me.
