The colony apartments are run by a slum lord. I say because thes because things around here get fixed halfway. The play ground is not safe for children, the launay tho is looking better, but do not let that confuss you there is still no cooling in the place, The grounds are looking better since the landlord spence her lunch hour picking up trash, But this does not make up for the trash she alows to rent from her.
