The receptionist is so lovely so it is hard to leave this review but I feel it necessary, and yes there was no wait time which now makes sense. The doctor did not care in the slightest for me, or asked me any questions. I felt like he downplayed all of my symptoms and I ended up in the ER in so much pain. I’ve never had worse experience with a doctor in my life.
I went to this walk in regarding pain in my hand. I explained what was happening and he sent me for further testing, when I came back to discuss them he found no issues (which is totally fine) and when I asked what it looks like he didn’t give me an answer (I get it, can be different things or too early to tell) but then he processed to go on saying when I get to his age I’ll have arthritic fingers anyways and did not discuss my concerns further. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes so I just left.
Wasted my time driving here after I already spoke to someone and they said I would be able to be taken care of. When I got there I was told no and the doctor was pretty rude. Would not recommend unless you’re desperate lol.
The front reception is so kind, and the wait times are non existent. The downside is the knuckle dragging doctor. My Sister came in for medical tests and they botched the second part of the test dates, she sat there and warned them she thinks it needs to be earlier for the school but was reassured it was fine by the doctor. It was botched so hard that one test was considered useless or void for the collage, it had to be after 48 hours but before 72 causing her to have to restart the process.
