I don't know how long I've been going here. Lol. But I know it's either a little over or close to 10 years now. Plus I live in the Rockaways now and regardless of the travel. I won't change my PCP for nothing!
TAKES SO LONG FOR AN STAFF ADMIN TO ANSWER A CALL
I don’t leave reviews often but I feel like it’s public service to warn people about this place. Reception is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Outright mean. From setting an appointment to trying to get a prescription filled - combative, unhelpful, and very stressful when you’re not feeling well. I called to get a refill on a very normal prescription for women, not a substance you could by any stretch of the imagination abuse, and the receptionist argued with me and said I couldn’t just call and ask for drugs. The receptionist is an absolute disgrace. To think that she is dealing with people on a regular basis who are ill or stressed about illness is mind boggling. Very unhelpful when I tried over and over to schedule a scan. Turns out she gave me the wrong phone number over the phone and then denied that she did. She should not be allowed deal with the general public,
Doctor is very kind and gentle. Staff is friendly. Not too long of a wait.
