God awful wait times. Doctor takes an hour per patient. Don’t bother coming here
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and it’s not guaranteed that you will be seen by Dr. Bhandari. I’ve been scheduled multiple times and confirm that it will be Dr. Bhandari but then on appt day, I end up waiting over 2 hours to be seen and not even by Dr. Bhandari. This place needs to be way more considerate of their patients and how they’re scheduling
Made an appointment and it was closed when I got there
Divya was so sweet and helped us move the process as we were in hurry. Doctor was also very professional and answered all our questions.
Save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor’s office. There’s not a single reason to use any doctor apart of this company. They lack urgency in every way and basic common courtesy. The front desk people don’t know a single thing. All they care about is their money.
