I’m writing to express my frustration with the pricing transparency at your clinic. When I initially called to ask about vaccinations for my kitten, I was told it would cost approximately $150 + tax for all three shots. Based on that information, I booked the appointments. However, at the first visit, I was charged significantly more than expected, and it wasn’t until the second visit that my boyfriend’s mother was informed that each appointment would cost around $175.
