We recently moved to the neighborhood and were searching for a reliable family doctor. Our first appointment with Dr. Yasmeen Akhtar at Glenridding Ravine Medical Centre was excellent. She was wonderful with my kids, making them feel very comfortable and at ease. She is patient, professional, and took the time to listen to our concerns. So glad to have her as our family doctor now!"
Terrible experience. I took my child in expecting proper care, but Sandeep Kaur Ahlawat was way too rude (I don’t consider her as a doctor) dismissive, and came across as completely careless. She brushed off my concerns and even had the audacity to say I was asking too many questions—about my own child. Instead of giving clear answers, she acted annoyed and unprofessional the entire time. We were referred to the pediatrician here Dr. Kumar for our toddler. A few days before our scheduled appointment with our pediatrician - I was looking for the clinic on Google and found that this doctor (Dr. Kumar) was accused of sexually assaulting a minor in his personal life some years ago. It appears he took his practice out of the city and came back again. We were incredibly upset that no one informed us of this history and immediately cancelled the appointment.
