I ordered flowers through FTD for my spouse. They were pretty when the arrived but died a day later. I called and they sent another arrangement which died in a day! On phone with them now and they are refusing to do anything about dead flowers and tried offering me a discount on the flowers. I expect to get what I paid for and I have not gotten what I paid for.
