I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office. As a concerned parent, I reached out multiple times to discuss my child’s upcoming procedure and to ensure both parents were informed and in agreement. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate were ignored. Even more troubling, the office proceeded with oral surgery on my child without obtaining consent from both parents.
