Estoy muy desepciona. I’ve lived in Glenwood apartments for a few years now Velma is great. Always a smile. Very courteous to everyone. Anytime I report a problem it is taken care of immediately. Pedro and the rest of the maintenance team works very hard keeping this property up but I have observed tenant is the problem they put trash by the dumpster instead of raising the top, i’ve also seen the trash coming out of some of the apartments when tenants move out that’s what caused roaches I know when the tenant next to me moved out, they roaches ca... read more
Do NOT LIVE HERE, these apartments are corrupt. They tow you’re vehicle for parking in a visitor spot, then they say you are not allowed to park in certain spots even if it said visitor parking. We had our vehicle towed and had to pay over $250 dollars . These towing companies make deals with the apartment complex and they keep a percentage for every vehicle they tow and pocket that money. Very bad experience over the past 5 years here..Everything is outdated, roaches come out every time I cook, bed bugs no matter how many times we clean and get rid of them they come back there are mattresses from different apt buildings showing there are bed bugs, all the time by the dumpster. They never changed our carpet from the last tenants, my stove is from 1993 burnt all of our thanksgiving dinner ; also every other night these group of 4 females in a gray car come here to smoke drugs and they dont even live here(teens)... read more
