NEGATIVE 5 stars. This is not an honest business. Despite all the good reviews they have, my experience with them is the worst. I don't know if I was discriminated against, or they just thought that I was stupid and not realized the ridiculously bad job they did on my new car. They were working with the Insurance Company to provide the lowest quote as possible to benefit the company and themselves. I received an updated quote and one of the procedure that was supposed to have on the original one was omitted. I didn't know it had already been intentionally wrote off from the new quote, since he mentioned in the original quote that it had to be done by someone outside the shop. I had thought they would add that back after they done repairing my car at the shop. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They kept me informed at every step of the process. They made sure my rental car was ready and just made the whole experience amazing.
