Glenn's has been my mechanic for two years now. They are very honest. Literally they will call you and tell you everything wrong with the car and will not proceed until you verify the specific work you want done on your car. They don't over charge and don't lie to make more money. Because of that I always make sure I tip well. They take care of me so I try to take care of them. It's hard to find a good honest mechanics these day. When you do, respect them.
Nick was my tow guy. A very nice, educated young man. I highly recommend them for your towing needs. Nick towed my Gladiator.
These guys are great! I work in Baltimore, but live in AA county. My car died in a parking garage, a wheel bearing/hub issue. I called Glenn's based on their great reviews and was not disappointed. Glenn talked me through the process, asked about garage clearances, and had a rollback picking up the car within the hour. Was just following their rollback on I-97 northbound when out the passenger window goes today’s trash! Fries and wrappers blowing on the shoulder. Another 100’ the leftover katchup packets out the passenger window. Great advertisement for the company.
