coming in from new york we had a tire issue on our daughters car. nate said he could get them the next day and did. picked up the car later that day and all is good. he just called to thank me for our business and make sure we were all set. class act, clean shop and great people. thank you hanson myers

I took my car in for tires and oil change. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was so refreshing. This was my first time not going to a Big Box Store and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys again!
Try not saying you have a tire in stock if it takes 15 t0 20 minutes to get it. At least be up front about how long it will actually take to get it. 'Not long, it's just up the road', tells me it shouldn't take more than 5 or 10 minutes to get it to the shop. Then it would have been nice to have my bill ready when the car was done. Waiting 10 minutes for the service manager to complete the bill after the car was done is highly unprofessional. Especially if I can clearly see him not doing it.
