My favorite doctor
I have been Dr Jackson's patient for many years but, was seriously looking for a new PCP. I never felt heard by her until this visit. She was attentive and addressed my concerns. My daughter and I were very shocked at her complete change in attitude toward me this visit. A very welcome change.
Dr Jackson is an excellent doctor and takes time to listen and address concerns.

I had several health questions and none of them were answered. The doctor gave a new possible diagnosis and was looking at the computer while speaking. This was upsetting. There was nothing done to build rapport or trust.
