The doctor and minimal staff were terrific. However entering and exiting the facility was a disgrace. The ramp outside looked great but totally inaccessible to my wheelchair why does the ramp lead to one big step the design is deplorable. Could never return unless those conditions are addressed!!!!@

I've been going to Dr Callahan for many years. I've never had a bad experience. I've seen some negative reviews that I just cannot believe. I'd like to negate the review about a male receptionist. I've never seen/heard a male receptionist at the office. I highly recommend Dr Glenn Callahan. He knows his stuff, and he keeps hospitable and competent help.

My experience trying to schedule an appointment was absolutely appalling. The male receptionist I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the start. When I tried to work out a future date that worked for me, he flat-out refused and insisted on the earliest available slot, despite my unavailability. His dismissive attitude and complete lack of basic courtesy were mind-boggling. He constantly cut me off mid-sentence and seemed irritated that I even expected him to do his job properly.
