I just recently had my initial appointment with Dr. Russo. He heard out my concerns, and treated me with respect and kindness. I can't really ask for more then that from a first-time visit. He ordered a CT scan to get a better look at my issue, and I got the call the following day, and I'm already booked for next week. Maybe this is normal for most medical practices, but coming from where I've spent the last couple of decades receiving health-care, I am a bit taken aback with the swiftness of care I'm receiving.
