Dr. Russo and his team have outstanding bedside manners. They are courteous, patient, supportive, respectful and compassionate. Dr. Russo has taken the time to thoroughly explain the process, step by step, what to do before, during and after and allowing time for questions and clarification. All the things I need for reassurance when going for a serious medical procedure. Definitely A+ for me.
