I have been going to Dr Forrest for over a year and a half now. I used to be scared of the dentist so was very uneasy about giving him a try. His dental assistant/receptionist Allison is amazing. The work that Dr Forrest does in the manner that he does it is more than amazing. So glad I found him truly.
I don’t know if you’ll see this message but I’ve been trying to call and the phone number says it’s “an unallocated number” and nobody is in the Broadway office. Can you respond with a new/working phone number?

I was in need of a new Dentist and came across Dr. Forrest’s practice. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and to see if any additional work was needed. Allison at the front desk made the process easy, looking up my insurance info as well as booking an appointment. Dr. Forrest is kind, extremely patient, a great communicator and an excellent dentist. I began going to Dr. Forrest’s office in August. Since the very first visit, I have felt welcomed and very well taken care of. I had a rough tooth extraction a few years back since the very first day Dr. Forrest made me completely comfortable. Dr. Forrest explains everything he does and helps you understand the work you are receiving. He makes sure you are feeling okay throughout and really prioritizes his relationship with his patients.
