I am very pleased with Dr. Dunne. He is patient, giving me plenty of time to ask questions. He is a very caring doctor. I recommend him to anyone with kidney issues
If you want to be gaslit and told it’s all in your head, this is the place to go! Despite multiple UTIs over a 3 month period, the fact that a few UAs were negative (never mind the fact that 2 of the negative UAs he was referencing were post-antibiotic follow ups) means that I just need to “manage my stress” better and should go to therapy. I have a great therapist, thanks. If I hadn’t had a hysterectomy, I’m pretty sure he’d have diagnosed me with hysteria. Would give negative stars if I could.
Dr Dunne does a great job! As a physician he is knowledgeable and personable. However communication by phone with his staff is very poor. I have yet to ever reach a nurse or staff person in his office by phone. The recording is poor and they never return calls in a timely manner.
Won't address my situation and gaslights the options I don't choose. I called 2 weeks ago to request a prescription that my insurance will cover. No call back weeks later after another message to their office. But they sure will setup another appointment to once again gaslight. Very disappointed with care quality when my insurance is paying the bill. I've researched options for my condition and my requests aren't even considered nor as to why.
