My review is of the office staff, specifically the billing department. More than once they bill your Medical Insurance versus the Dental Insurance. Causing you, the patient, to spend a lot of unnecessary time on the phone with the insurance company looking for an explanation of why claim is not paid. Once contacted office to bill the correct department, they are very rude. Then bill for services that are scheduled to be done, not services that were actually done. I called to ask a simple question, and the receptionist was rude and hung up on me. I called back and the other receptionist hung up on me. Completely unacceptable.
