John is always the best service professional. He makes me feel like family. Very Honest.
Chase is great! First time to this dealership. Super follow up and communication skills. He is genuinely interested in me as a person and customer. My only complaint is not with him or dealership but GMC BUILT my TRANSMISSION and all like it with a flaw and I am not convinced it won’t fail on me. This needs to be addressed and a fix found.
I had issues with with my vehicle which I purchased from Glenn Polk. I spoke to Chase, who has always been more than helpful. He asked me to bring my vehicle in that morning which I did. Chase found that my vehicle was still under warranty and my vehicle was repaired the same day. Great people and great service!
