I highly recommend not doing business with this dealership. They will drag out your car deal for three weeks and then the finance guy will try to add a bunch of stuff in the back and hide it from you and then when you catch it, they go in and mark up your rate and then they wanna drag it out for weeks before they’ll even send the contracts and then when you go up there, you sit there for 40 minutes and nobody speaks to you and then you go back and talk to the GM and the GM blames you as the customer because his finance guys ... read more
Was not happy with the customer service experience I got from the person I dealt with while getting my oil changed. Took over 3 hours, and I had to call instead of receiving a text or call. The employee (won't name to be nice) was occupied with other customers over the phone by calling or texting while trying to talk to me which I found VERY rude mid conversation with me he'd answer a text by voice texting. Since we live about an hour away, we drive past quite a few dealerships to get to Glenn Polk family of dealerships and do that because we trust their team the most. Chase was able to get our car in for an oil change and to rotate the tires and did it in a timely fashion. The waiting area has everything you could need and while I was waiting there I heard Chase handle multiple customers with patience, understanding, and just all around joyfulness.
Chase always takes great care of my service needs, he and his team do a fantastic job.
