I purchased my used vehicle here about 3 weeks ago and did not receive a second key. I've called the salesman about the situation, no answer. Left a message and text message nothing. Called for the parts department and I either sit with no response for a few minutes just to hang up. Or I'll leave a message with my reason for calling and name etc with no response. I absolutely love the car, just not the customer service provided.

Taylor Moody was one of the best car salesmen I have ever had to deal with. The whole crew was friendly, knowledgable, and considerate. Like most I dread dealing with car dealerships but Nicholasville Nissan was a breath of fresh air. I would consider using them again in the future and look forward to recommending them to my friends, family, and coworkers.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of purchasig my 2015 Rogue. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and he made it a pleasure to work through the negotiations. Everyone associated with the dealership was friendly and very helpful.
