It's a trailer park. It's exactly what you think but with more dog excrement
Poorly managed and taken care, yet continues to raise rent despite the place getting worse. Now they also charge you a late fee if they're closed but your rent is on time. Good people live here and they deserve better than management trying to force their tenants into late fees.
