My experience with this practitioner was terrible. I was looking for someone closer to home as the specialist I was going to was an hour away. When he asked what brought me there I mentioned that and his response was that I should stay with my current practitioner if that was the only reason. That was an off-putting response. I've been a patient of Doctor Glenn Mc. Grath for pass 27 years for thyroid also my mother, brother, and sister's come see doctor mc. Grath for diabetes . We have to say hes a very kind heart , lots of knowledge and professional . Were blessed to have you as ours Endocrinologist , am sure all yours patients feels the same . you are the examples of a kind Doctor on this earth . I had a great first appointment 2 years ago. My second appointment was cancelled by the office when I arrived 6 minutes late. I tried to make another appointment (in June) and cannot get in until September because my provider is out on medical leave and I am not allowed to see any other doctor in the practice. I have come to the conclusion, they dont want my business. Receptionists are very rude.
Kept waiting for over an hour!!!! They should pay me for my time, not that it’s important to them. I’m told to arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment and am kept waiting for over an hour!!
