I loved seeing the Nurse Practitioner there.
Terrible & unprofessional. I had an appointment for Monday morning, they left a voicemail Friday afternoon to cancel me due to "overbooking." I waited months for this appointment. Alma R. from his office told me several times they will get my prescription filled. I had to call 5 times and still nobody cared about my prescription running out.
Dr. Grossman is such an incredible Physician. His lovely bedside manner and lightheartedness makes me feel very comfortable at every visit. He truly cares about you. He helped me through my post partum difficulties and I am so grateful for his patience and understanding. His assistant Martha is also a very pleasant person. She is very professional and an overall great person. Thank you!
In a world where quality healthcare is hard to find, Dr.Grossman stands out for his excellence in his medical field. He delivered my baby via C-Section on November 2023 and took care of my pregnancy with kindness, pragmatism, assertiveness, and professionalism. He puts you at ease when there is nothing to be worried about , he will be calm and easy going about it. Don't misinterpret this as dismissive, if he is not concerned rest assured he is correct . He doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. He is very unprofessional, had me scheduled for a 5am induction and was told there are no beds and he left for the day after me trying to get ahold of him 3 times with no call back. Never will I ever have another kid with Grossman or holy cross.
